Een seizoen van nieuwe aktiviteiten start weer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Met de herfst die er aan komt, is het weer zaak om onszelf warm te houden,
te behoeden voor verkoudheden en verstoringen van de windenergie om
deze frisse start te kunnen maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Belangrijk is het nu om warm eten en soep te maken in plaats van een maaltijd salade. Sokken\/ kousen en sjaaltjes te dragen in plaats van met blote benen\/ voeten te lopen. Nootmuskaat en kruidnagel aan het eten toevoegen is belangrijk voor de balans van de windenergie en de circulatie.
Kardamom helpt om de nierenergie te ondersteunen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voldoende lichaamsbeweging zorgt ervoor dat ons energieniveau op peil blijft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
